This instructional resource is a packet centering around the poem, Polka Dot Pajamas. Children will delight in the rhyme, rhythm, and pattern of this poem. Included are several literacy extensions that reinforce many Common Core State Standards to include choral reading, response and chant, constructing a similar poem, identifying adjectives, and sequencing the events in the poem.
