This is a negative directed numbers murder mystery activity. The posters can be put around the classroom and answers are provided which I fold underneath so that students can self assess throughout the activity. The slides show the students what letter each number relates to so they can decode the message and work out who the murderer is. A great extension activity for differentiation for more able students is to ask students to make up questions which would spell out the murder weapon used.
