Well, why not write about it and do a craft. I created a template for a Lorax like project. Included are templates for the mustache, arms, legs and hat, as well as suggestions for supplies to make the craft.
In addition there is a writing component to this lesson. Students will write about how they plan to save the planet. There is a graphic organizer and a final writing template included.

Star Student of the Week Form
Students can fill out the Star Student of the Week form during their special week. My students love to fill out information about themselves, color it, and attach it to their poster for the week. You can keep them in a binder as they make them, and then at the end of the year you have an "About Our Class" book.

Lunch Choice Cards
Print, cut, and laminate.
Make lunch choices easy! Put these in a pocket chart, or attach magnets and put them on your chalk board. In the past, I have put Velcro on the back and put them on a poster board. When student arrive each morning, they can immediately see what's for lunch and sign up for their choice.

This is a visually appealing 1 page document that lists 9 general fire drill safety rules. It is a Word document so it can be edited to your liking.
