Jewish World "Map" Game
Students build a map of a Jewish town in Poland (1394-1700) and experience the various systematic persecutions, celebrations and essential Jewish lifecycles that communities experienced. When they're finished - they have not only seen the highs and lows, but have a map to present as well. Often do this lesson to showcase how vivid and huge Jewish life was in the pre-Holocaust years, understand the "other" and the nature of persecution as a theme.
