I wrote this melodrama for my Intermediate and High School workshop students and they absolutely love it! "Magic Merle's Miracle Makeover Mush" is about an escaped criminal named Menacing Mike who enters the town of Elderville under the guise of "Magic Merle" and tries to peddle his "miracle mush" to the elderly residents, only to be foiled by a daring daughter! Perfect for schools or fundraisers, it teaches that mind over matter is better than a mouth full of mush!It's set in the early 1900's
