This is a wonderful project to help students with their research skills. It also is a way to hone their Powerpoint skills, which incorporates all conventions. Another thing I loved about doing this with my students is that they were able to see how much everything costs, and because they had to find pictures of the actual places and restaurants it broadens their horizons. I encourage them to pick somewhere they really want to visit someday as maybe they can use this itinerary in the future!
