I got the idea for these from another TPT user, however I have fine-tuned them quite a bit. I currently have students on the autism spectrum that are unable to distinguish/answer simple WH questions. So I use these not only for IEP data but as practice and learning tools. I read the sentence to the student, have them read them back, and then ask the following WH questions. I always write their immediate responses with no prompting. Then after each question is answered we go back and use color
