Thanksgiving Butter Making Lab
A great lab for any age group! My 8th graders complete this lab just before Thanksgiving break as we are finishing our unit on chemical and physical changes. A short scientific explanation is given, lab directions, and a lab report with data table. Students love this lab as we finish it up by toasting bread and watching Charlie Brown Thanksgiving.
