Bravo is "the model of what a bilingual picture book should be," per the ALA booklist. If you don't have it in your classroom library, you should add it! It's very fun and lively, teaching practical words to your students. I developed this worksheet to go with the book and guide students to understand and evaluate the words they're learning. Francisco Alarcon is a renowned author who works at the University of California Davis. This is a worksheet to go with one of his lovely books, Animal Poems of the Iguazu.
