Uppercase handwriting lessons
A notebook file that shows models of how to form the cursive (handwritten) uppercase letters. For each letter, there are 3 pages: the first shows the formation without lines, the second shows the formation on dotted interlined paper and the third has a printed sentence using the target letter that the teacher can model how to do in cursive.

Alphabet Game allows students to practice identifying upper case letters. Game is intended for three players, but more players can be added. Practicing Letter Sounds Smart Notebook: Monkeys
Through balanced literacy our students learn all of the letter sounds. I found that many of the students were having a difficult time remembering which letters had more than one sound. On the practice cards I added one sticker dot for each sound the letter made in order to help the students more easily recall. Reading Centers Smart Board Rotations
I created this to use with my class for our Reading Centers Rotations. It allows for 6 centers, organized by color. The centers themselves are locked, but each group is editable and movable. I've found that it is a great way to organize my centers without using valuable wall space. I've also included center rules & jobs for each student in the center group.
