I am a certified English Language Arts teacher at the secondary level and have also worked professionally as a copy and content editor in the publishing industry. As an English teacher, I consider myself a writing coach and strive to make my materials and presentation of information clear and focused so that students can get the most out of their classroom experience and reach their highest potential with their learning objectives.
I am a teacher who challenges students to reach their potential in all avenues of life. I am a life coach as well as a writing coach, teaching respect and confidence alongside creativity and critical thinking. I focus on helping writers start because often just beginning is the biggest hurdle students have before them. I seek to make my materials relevant and create most of my own so that I can display the task at hand through clarity to help students focus on the learning objective at hand.
