MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

WAESN's board of directors is comprised entirely of educators and is predominantly led by folks of color. The organization is operated by two full-time staff, Dr. Tracy Castro-Gill, who holds a doctorate in education with a concentration in curriculum, instruction, assessment, and evaluation, and Chris Mena, a doctoral candidate in music education.
