I am humbly grateful for the opportunity to have worked in the child care field for over 14 years. Currently, I oversee the operation of three child care home licenses and one center license in the Midwest. As a start-up coach, I find immense joy in assisting my peers in the field, sharing insights, and supporting them on their journey
My teaching style emphasizes hands-on learning within a dynamic and enjoyable environment. I believe in actively engaging students in practical experiences that foster deep understanding and retention of knowledge. By incorporating interactive activities, experiments, and projects, I aim to make learning both meaningful and fun. Despite the engaging atmosphere, I maintain clear expectations for both my students and staff. Through effective communication and consistent reinforcement of guidelines, I create a structured yet supportive environment conducive to growth and development. By setting clear boundaries and objectives, I empower individuals to thrive while maintaining accountability and mutual respect.
