I am a teacher in Texas. I have a Masters Degree in Educational Administration. I have been teaching 20 years. I love creating materials for my students. I have taught Monolingual, Bilingual and Dual Language. I try to make materials that are fun or that can teach 2 skills at a time.
In my classroom, the students work in partners or groups very frequently. I enjoy making games that teach them the skill of the week. We have a time of the day dedicated to bilingual centers. Language skill acquisition is basic at this age. Some of the games I create can be used in several grade levels. I like scaffolding so the scholars get a better understanding. Some of the materials do just that! Once they have it mastered, they become independent and successful.
