I've taught in public schools in South Seattle for about 15 years, and have been teaching ukulele for just about as long. Over time, I've developed an ukulele curriculum that not only teaches you how to play the instrument and enables you to play with real commercial recordings, but also incorporates beginning music theory and music history in a way that you're not going to find in any other uke curriculum!
Student-centered, kinetic, fast, and (hopefully) funny.

The cat's name is Mochi, and she's agreed to let me use her likeness for marketing purposes. Unfortunately, we could not come to an agreement regarding her participation in the videos, though our lawyers did their best. Unwilling to meet her demands for a 50% increase in snackies, she is now referred to as "The Click-Bait Cat."
