MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

USC 2009 The most important lesson that I learned as a student teacher was that the teaching must serve the learning not vice versa. Claremont Graduate 2013 What is creativity? What does it mean to be creative? How do I teach for it? How do I create conditions in my classroom that nurture creativity? How can I as a teacher teach my students to understand math well & think creatively at the same time? Easier than you might think. I was able to answer a lot of my question and leave with a few more that have kept me busy these past years.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

My current obsession is 6th grade science and the story of the planet.
