When I think back to being in elementary school, I cannot remember the classwork, the homework or the lectures. What I do remember, is my teacher smiling all the time, giving me verbal confirmation, and the way that they would make lessons fun. So for the short time that I see my students, I try to make the lessons fun, engaging, and memorable.
