I having been living out my passion for Physical Education for 15 years. I taught high school Health and Aerobics for 3 years and then moved to K-5 Physical Education for 11 years. I am currently the Physical Education Coordinator and professor in the Kinesiology Department at a university in Missouri. It is JOY to share my experience and knowledge with college students to shape them into the best Physical Educators they can be! I also was a head varsity volleyball coach for 11 years and a head middle school track coach for 10 years. I have experience as a K-5 Virtual Physical Education instructor, a K-12 Homeschool Physical Education coordinator, an Adapted Physical Education supervisor, and a Leader in Me district facilitator.
My goal is for Physical Education to be fun, fair, and safe for everyone. I LOVE to laugh and smile and encourage my students to do the same. I make it a priority to brings lots of energy and excitement to my lessons. I hold myself and my students to a high standard of excellence as we learn to have fun and take care of our bodies.
