TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I began my teaching career in 2011 and I am full of ideas and fresh insight. I have experience working with PPCD/Special Education and a variety of classrooms, ranging from Kindergarten to Fourth Grade. I believe that every grade has favorable aspects but my true passion is working with children with special needs.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I have a very positive teaching style and an optimistic approach to classroom environment. In addition, I try to create an interactive classroom that incorporates integrated curriculum.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family studies and a minor in American Sign Language. I obtained my teacher's certification and training from Texas Tech University. I am currently enjoying teaching in the DFW community.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I am blissfully married to a wonderful man, who just so happens to be the man of my dreams. Together we have a perfect son and the most wonderful daughter. We also share our home with our two lovely dogs! I became a member of TpT because I wanted to be a part of this amazing teaching community.
