I am a pediatric occupational therapist and mental health advocate. I help motivated parents support their child's mental health + development. HOW? By meeting kids where they are at physically and social-emotionally. By focusing on these two pillars of health, we can work together to boost your child's confidence. I started KeeMove to spread awareness about the importance of pediatric mental health in hopes that it might spark someone to ask for help for themselves, their partner, or their child. Kids need to be explicitly taught how to work through challenging tasks while managing their emotions so that they can be present, learn AND have fun.
