I am a experienced educator with a passion for helping students succeed. I have been teaching for over 10 years, and I have experience in both elementary and secondary education. I am currently a full-time math teacher and work with other educators to help best optimize their classroom for student learning. I know how challenging work-life balance can be in education, especially when starting out or having a family. That's why I am committed to creating high-quality, engaging resources that will help teachers save time and energy so they can focus on what matters most: teaching and learning. My students consistently perform well on state tests, and I believe it is because of my commitment to creating aligned and thoughtful lessons and resources. I hope to share my resources with other teachers so that all of us can have a life outside of the classroom and take advantage of our most valuable resource: Time.
I believe that all students can learn, and I create a growth mindset classroom where students are encouraged to take risks and persevere in the face of challenges. I also focus on character building, teaching students about the importance of hard work, perseverance, and respect. I provide students with many opportunities for reflection, both individual and group, so that they can think about their learning and how they can improve. I also use critical thinking activities to help students develop their problem-solving skills. Finally, I am passionate about math and learning, and I strive to create a fun and engaging learning environment where students can explore their curiosity and creativity.

Teaching is a demanding but rewarding profession. We all love our students and want to do our best to support them. However, it is important to remember that we are more than just teachers. We have lives outside of the classroom, and it is important to make time for ourselves and our loved ones. My resources are designed to help teachers save time and energy so they can focus on what matters most: teaching and learning. I hope that by using my resources, teachers can have a better work-life balance and enjoy life outside of the classroom.
