I have been a traveling speech therapist for 15+ years. I started my career in the Birth-to-Three system, and then transitioned to being an itinerant speech clincian for a local school district. Currently, the majority of my caseload is PreK and 4K children, but I also work with a handful of students in grades K-5.
I believe that all parents, teachers, and therapists possess the "tools" to support language development in our youngest learners. The best thing about these "tools" is that they are free and don't require expensive toys or tons of time. Talking, reading, playing, and singing (the "tools") during daily routines and therapy session leads to increased language skills, which supports later academic achievement. You will find that many of my products incorporate these activities. For more valuable content, please visit my website. www.theitinerantclinician.com
