TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am currently a primary school teacher (Grade 4). I have been planning lessons for 5 years now and I can assure you that my work won't disappoint. I have also tutored grades 1-8 for many years. I design activities/lessons for all subjects for grades 1-4.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Learning through discussion, I believe enabling interactivity between learners and educators is paramount. Learning through empowerment, I assign my students independent work such as research projects or even team projects - in order to instill an awareness of responsibility and management. I love to allow my students to engage in reflective praxis across lessons, in order to observe their inquiry skills and thinking. I also use anecdotal notes to reflect on my own teaching and student progress
