Hi there! I’m Nassim and I proudly wear the badge of an ABA nerd. I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 8 years of experience immersed in the world of Applied Behavior Analysis. Throughout my ABA career, I've encountered a wide array of challenges, and gained a good deal of experience from tackling tasks such as developing/programming/ supervising comprehensive ABA treatment plans, guiding parents through behavior-reduction strategies, supervising teams of RBTs, and offering mentorship to aspiring BCBA candidates. While facing these tasks head on, a couple of things happened: I gained extensive knowledge about the many roles and responsibilities that ABA clinicians, particularly BCBAs, take on, and I discovered a knack for developing tools and resources to help effectively manage the demands required of clinicians. With these realizations, I arrived at the decision to channel my passion for ABA into nurturing and empowering others through teaching and training in a way I find effective and enjoyable. So, The Behavior Brain was born with 2 primary objectives: (1) support fellow ABA enthusiasts (and anyone eager to learn!) by providing an array of tools and resources to disseminate ABA and streamline ABA practice, and (2) extend training services tailored for clinicians, including RBTs and BCBA/BCaBA candidates, aiming to enrich their knowledge and skills in the field. With these aims in mind, The Behavior Brain hopes to ignite and nurture your inner (or outer) ABA nerd :)
