I taught for several years as a reading intervention teacher at a Title I school in an urban area. I have also been the K-12 Facilitator, ACT coordinator, student teacher mentor, host to student teacher, Interact club sponsor, Girlfriends club sponsor, and Training Facilitator. I am ESE and ESOL Certified. I was previously a preschool teacher at a private Christian preschool in an urban area.

I believe that the students should work harder than their teachers, so I enable the students to be successful on their own so that they can demonstrate mastery using multiple modalities.
