I started my teaching career in 2008, teaching Kindergarten to students in need. I then began teaching all grade levels K-5 and helping other teachers reach their potential and teaching goals through coaching. My goal is to help inspire teachers, students, and parents find the joy of learning and working together to help each child be successful.
My teaching style and philosophy always stems back to the students' needs. I know it's difficult to reach all students in one classroom, but getting to them at their level at least once a week is the target. I love doing hands-on activities with lots of movement around the room.
I've always loved seeing my students shine and show growth, but to receive recognition from the state of Florida (where I teach) was an absolute honor. It was proof that all the hard work and effort that the kids and I put in every single day, was worth it!
