TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a second grade teacher in Rhode Island. I have 6 years of experience.I have taught grades, 1, 2 and 3 in a public school. I am very familiar with the Common Core State Standards as well as elementary curriculum.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love hands on learning! I believe children perform their best when they see bold visuals and participate physically in lessons. I try to make everything we do in my classroom fun and educational. I believe it is okay to be silly and show your class your true personality. I always remind my class to "always shine".
