Teaching is a Work of Art

25+ years of teaching experience in different levels both in the US and Spain. I've taught Primary, Elementary, Middle School, High School students and also adults learning English. I've taught a variety of subjects throughout the grades, including German as a Foreign Language, Spanish for Professionals and EFL. I am also a "Best Teaching Practices" teacher trainer. Currently I am a member of the Board of Examiners for teachers who are taking the exam to become Bilingual Certified in Spain.

Cooperative and fun! I believe that students learn best through doing. I strive to provide a safe and nurturing classroom environment so that they can take risks and I can watch them learn. My strengths lie in creating an affective (and effective!) classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, classroom management and classroom organization!

Master's Degree in English Linguistics and Literature and just completed my second Master's in Education and eLearning. Bilingual Certified, GT Certified, TEFL Endorsement. I have also studied French, Italian, and German.

I come from a family of educators so I think teaching is in my genes :-) I love helping people to learn and I love learning myself. I love languages, crafting and creating! I LOVE TEACHING!!!!!
