Teaching business and psychology in high school and college has shown me what our younger students need to learn in order to be well prepared for college. As Program Director for the Leadership Center at a private liberal arts university, I taught leadership to both executives and students with webinars, internationally known speakers, etc. Since I have been fortunate to work in both the business world with executives and in academia with students, I have the unique ability to offer “real-world” and “book” lessons – and both are needed. This has contributed to the creation of my resources with life applications.
Project based learning is an effective teaching method. Students remember when they actually put their learning into practice. It also helps them when what they are learning are lessons that they can actually use in life.

My degrees are: an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Management, a Bachelor Degree in Business Development & Leadership and Social Science, and a Master of Education-Leadership and Learning with a specialization in Instructional Leadership and Organizational Development. I'm also certified as a trainer for Co-Active Coaching.
My goal is to help high school students be better prepared for jobs and college level courses in their business classes. I want them to develop a love for life-long learning. And I want to simplify the workload for teachers. Let’s work together to help our high school students have the best opportunities for success in college and their careers.
