TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Where do I begin? This is my 16th year in education- 11 of those teaching either, 1st, 2nd or 3rd grade and I was an elementary librarian for 5 years. I've got a little bit of everything here! I currently teach 3rd grade. We use EL Reading Curriculum and Eureka Math, but I love supplementing with other materials in centers. I love to play games and have fun in my classroom!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love to laugh a lot so I’m always joking and being silly with my kiddos in class. I think learning should be meaningful and fun all at the same time. My classroom is bright, loud, and chaotic at times, but we learn, work hard and are one big happy family!
