Teacher of the Year for my school board in 2018. Elementary Teachers Federation Award for Environmental Teaching 2012.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I started my post secondary education with a two year college diploma in Recreation Leadership and then received my 4 year Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Lakehead University. I then completed a 1 year Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University as well.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I started my teaching career in 1997 in the tiny hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk in the Arctic. I currently live in a small Northwestern Ontario Town. I am a mother of two adult daughters and a wife!
