I teach the way scholars learn. My instructional practices are designed to meet the needs of all. I use a variety of graphic organizers that I create to aide in chunking complex texts, critical thinking, and understanding information that is below "surface" knowledge. I design activities that promote student engagement and prompt my scholars to go above the basic elements of standards based thinking. We apply our learning to real life situations.
