TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I graduated from the University of the Ozarks, in Clarksville, Arkansas. I currently am the Creative Director for LeSpace STEAM Education, a private art school located in Irvine, California.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I use a lot of creative thinking and problem solving in my instruction. Kids get to think abstractly, make real world and personal connections and explore the amazing world around them in unique and exciting ways. Getting kids excited about learning is the best way to reach them.

I graduated Suma Cum Laude in May 2014. I also won Outstanding (1st place) at the Advanced Research and Creative Highlights Symposium for my presentation about reading strategies for elementary students.
