ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I started my journey to becoming an educator fairly late in life. After realizing my passion for working with children, I worked as a T.A. for Prospect Development Center, a school for children with disabilities. Later, I moved to Las Vegas, NV where I obtained my teaching diploma and continued on to complete a TESL Masters degree. I served in Clark County School District for four years as a specialist and classroom teacher before moving overseas to Hong Kong to become a Literacy Specialist. I have had the privilege of working with teachers from a wide variety of backgrounds and through different venues. Finding a career in the field of education has been a rewarding and exciting journey!
