By SPED The Wright Way Lauren Wright, a Kentucky teacher, has 10 years of classroom experience in grades preschool through high school. Lauren specializes in early childhood education. She enjoys creating engaging experiences in social and adaptive skills to equip her students in the classroom.
Lauren Wright teaches the bulk of her day in a co-teaching environment in the kindergarten classroom. She finds station teaching most beneficial when working with diverse learners. Lauren believes that hands-on experiences make learning fun and tries to create activities that with excite reluctant learners.
2022 Nominee Teacher of the Year- Logan County
Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies: Education from Western Kentucky University. Master's in Special Education: Learning and behaviors disorder from the University of the Cumberlands.
