TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught in the junior grades for 7 years, but have moved back to primary 3 years ago. I teach French Immersion Grade 2 currently, and I love trying to motivate students through the Daily 5.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is a little bit of everything. I hold my students to very high expectations in terms of classwork and behaviour. Nothing goes by me in the classroom. I do have a lot of fun with my kids, though, and believe in rewarding students when they deserve it. It could be a pizza party or homemade cupcakes and hot chocolate...sometimes we have to let kids be kids :)
