My experience as an educator started in the classroom as a teacher for 10 years. I then moved to educating educators. I worked as part of an Educational Service Agency, then moved to being a Math Specialist for a Math initiative called SD Counts, During this time is when I really started to understand math. The resources I have shared on TpT are resources that I have created for staff develpement opportunities I have had over the last 18 years. Recently, I was an Instructional Coach for four school districts.
Hand-on, real-world with visual experiences first.
