Retired after 26 years teaching Special Education including high school, middle school, and elementary school. I have taught in a resource room, a self contained classroom, as well as co-teaching.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I was recognized for increasing State Test Scores in ELA and Math for students with IEPs. This resulted in our school being removed from the SINI (school in need of intervention) list.

Undergraduate degree in Special Education K-12 with a certification in Secondary Education Social Studies from Edinboro State Edinboro University of PA. Graduate degrees from Cortland State University of NY in Reading and Elementary Education.
