An Instructor, Educator, and Instructional Coach with over 12 years of experience in Training, Curriculum Development, and Instructional Design. Taught a variety of courses under the English and Social Studies Domains including: English 3, English 4, ESL Courses, Comprehensive Law, Forensic Science, World History, US History, African American History, and Latin American & Caribbean Studies. I’ve also held support positions as a Harassment Prevention Lead, Diversity Equity and inclusion Site Lead, and currently work as an Instructional Coach trying to help teachers use Technology within their classrooms.

Orator, Charismatic Speaker, Enthusiastic, Techy & Nerdy. I love differentiating instructions through scaffolds, asynchronous assignments, and blended learning methods. I love flipped classrooms where students lead discussions and have made many conscious efforts over the last few years to go from a single orator lecturer to student-driven socratic seminars and class debates that engage students at much higher levels.

I like working with lower socio-economic and disenfranchised students but the work I've put together on my TpT has worked at schools rated within the top 3% according to US News. That said, philosophically, I truly care about all my students and make it a point to laugh, joke, and ask about them when they are down, but hold them responsible when they jack up.
