Prodigies Music

My name is Mr. Rob! I am a long time private music teacher, children's performer and band-nerd, and I built Prodigies to give children a colorful, fun and interactive method for learning and instrument and developing their sense of pitch during the critical years of auditory development. I have worked for the MusIQ Club of Delaware, Gymboree Play and Music, S Music Studio, Little Elk Creek Studios, for the music tech studio at New York University, as a school-assembly performer via my group Nature Jams and as a private instructor and teacher for preschool classes in churches, Montessori schools, special needs centers for children and adults, and more. I studied music at NYU, graduate my four year program in three years, and toured the East coast of the US playing music with my buddies in the years following college. I also ran a kindergarten classroom for two years at St. Michael's School and Nursery and ran an after school class at the Early Learning Center in Newark Delaware.

Everything related to Prodigies is based on teaching children how to play an instrument while also giving them meaningful play with pitch during the critical years of auditory development. I tend to be very high-energy teaching approach that my students and their parents always comment on and enjoy. Though I miss my classroom students very much, it's been a great pleasure to create Prodigies and teach thousands of children music through our online videos. I try to be fun and silly, but not too silly as to seem insincere. I am not a great singer by any means, but I do what I can to help facilitate musical learning for people of all ages. I can play the heck outta the drumset though, and if you're ever in Delaware around the Holidays, definitely drop by a Mad-Sweet Pangs show at the Queen theater and I'll knock your socks off!

Prodigies has been featured on NBC and has won several awards like Creative Child's Product of the Year as well as a Parents' Choice.
