TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have 10 years of experience teaching 2nd and 3rd graders, 4 years teaching pre-schoolers, and years of being a student council lead, webmaster, and technology coach. I also have three children of my own and that is an education in itself!

MY TEACHING STYLE

Kids need higher level thinking! They need activities where their thinking shines through! I love to do hands on activities with manipulative or white board learning. I always have a variety of games and learning centers available to meet the needs of children. Getting children to write meaningfully in all subject areas is a passion of mine. I use a lot of templates to motivate children to write better and write more!
