By Post-Modern Synthesis Hi! I am a former high school science teacher from North Carolina. After 7 years of teaching, I went back to school to become a pharmacist. Since I am not going to be using my materials, I can share them with you and maybe lighten your load a little bit. Through the years, I taught classes in biology, anatomy, physics, chemistry and physical science.
I did like a good lecture, also recognized that kids can zone out. My power points were always accompanied by guided notes (in PPT switch to text view, select all, copy and paste into word, format as outline and replace key words with blanks). After talking about a topic we would put it into practice with activities or worksheets.
