My teaching style incorporates a lot of creativity with an integration of technology whenever possible. Many of the activities I engage my students in are created by me. I love to find new ways to engage my students in instruction in order to increase their overall motivation and achievement.
I've had the honor of being selected as Teacher of the Year at two different schools I've worked at. I've also received recognition at my school for my leadership skills.
I hold a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education Grades 1-6 and a Masters of Science in Technology Applications in Education.
I'm very passionate about teaching and learning. I'm also very artistic and enjoy incorporating art into my instruction. Technology is also a big area of interest for me and I'm always looking for ways I can engage my students with it. Finally, I really enjoy creating curriculum for the many areas I teach within my classroom. It's a hobby I enjoy.
