Peace Together

I have over 20 years experience working in public, private and Montessori schools teaching regular education, bullying prevention programs, character education and conflict resolution. I was also a trainer for The Peace Center, a non-profit agency that promotes non-violence in schools and the community. As a former Montessori teacher, I created a prepared learning environment that was not only fun for children, but also developed their social and emotional skills.

Inspirational, Positive, Creative and Fun I like to flow with ideas that children present. I also like to make learning more meaningful and create visuals so that children have an image as a reminder. I believe sharing positive affirmations that children can repeat, like cheers and/or songs.

I have a B.S. in Special Education from Monmouth University and my Montessori certification.

I co-wrote the Young Masters Little Wisdom Discovery Program and Curriculum with Bunny Hull from Dream A World. The curriculum is based on the Young Masters Book Series. This is also an excellent resource for teachers. The book series also comes with musical CD's.
