TEACHING EXPERIENCE

PDS Ladies is a group of 3 teachers who have had educational experience in every level of education. We have taught every subject level and most subject areas. Currently, we are all serving as teacher librarians. This allows us to work with all subject areas and all grade levels.

MY TEACHING STYLE

We believe that great success in the classroom begins with strong curriculum planning. We work with classroom teachers to develop strong, relevant, engaging curriculum that will further all content areas.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

Our awards include Utah Library Association Librarian of the Year, Utah Library Association Collaborative Librarian of the Year, and Weber School District I Love Teaching Award.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

All three of us have Masters Degrees in Instructional Design and Technology. In addition, our lesson designs take into consideration literacy and ESL instructional strategies based on an ESL endorsement and graduate certificate in elementary reading and literacy.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

We also run a professional development company dedicated to bringing educational professionals together with quality professional development speakers. You can learn more at our website: www.pdsconferences.com
