I current work as an occupational therapist at Cotting School in Lexington, MA serving students ages 3-22 with complex medical needs. I previously worked at The Guild for Human Services as an occupational therapist and clinical manager working with students ages 6-22 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, and concurrent mental health and behavioral challenges, and as an occupational therapist at Perkins School for the Blind in the Deafblind program working with students with dual-sensory impairments.

I received my post-professional doctor of occupational therapy (OTD) degree in May of 2023 from MGH Institute of Health Professions while working full time at a special education school. My scholarly work has focused on occupational therapy's role in supporting transition and employment for students with disabilities. I received my Bachelors and Masters of Science in occupational therapy from the University of New Hampshire in 2016/2017 with a minor in Deaf Studies. I am proficient in American Sign Language and have taught several courses and training to staff.

I am an experienced pediatric occupational therapist who has worked in special education schools serving individuals ages 3-22 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, dual-sensory impairments, mental health diagnoses, behavioral challenges, and complex medical needs. I have created many visual supports, task analyses, and tools for teachers and clinicians to use to support student learning. Many of my visuals are for activities of daily living (hygiene/grooming, dressing, daily routines), independent living skills (meal prep, shopping, etc.), vocational tasks, and sensory strategies.
