TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Mrs. Ross-Jones has worked in Baltimore City Public School for over ten years and held the titles of Middle School Math Teacher, Mentor Teacher, Instructional Support Teacher, Curriculum Writer, and School Technology Liason. She has taught grades K-8 in public and private settings, as well as facilitated numerous dynamic and innovative professional development workshops for adults.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Focused on a holistic approach, my teaching style integrates technology and creates relevant study for students in the subject of Mathematics. My curriculum is project-based and fully arts-integrated. I believed in teaching mathematics in a way that empowers students to make positive choices with their life.

When I say,"I love teaching." I mean it. Being a teacher is not just a job, or a career for me. It's a calling, a passion and a lifestyle. I love teaching students, but I also love teaching teachers. My motivation is to encourage and inspire others to be just as passionate about their careers.
