TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have had the fortune of working in Pre-K, third, and fourth while in college. Since graduating from Berry College, I have been a paraprofessional in first grade, a long term PE sub, and taught third grade for the last five years.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love hands on learning that puts students at the center of their discovery and learning experiences. I enjoy creating activities that help students to understand complex concepts and difficult information. I'm extremely passionate about teaching math, and I am eager to create packs to help with teaching the most challenging parts of the curriculum. I also love getting my students engaged in their learning as much as possible, which led me to creating raps about the historical heroes studied in elementary school.
