TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching ESL for 20 years.I have my master's degree in TESL K-12, Reading Specialist K-12, English 7-12 and work as an ELD secondary teacher in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I am a Level 2 Google Certified Teacher.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I do a lot of projects and digital activities. Like many others in the ESL field, I do not have a set curriculum and depend on finding or making my own resources. I use a lot of short stories that are culturally relevant. I also like to incorporate STEM and use that as means of authenticity and engagement.
