As an MT-BC (Music Therapist - Board Certified) Nathalia has worked in a variety of educational and clinical settings including hospitals, schools and nursing homes and treatment centers. Her experience and passion for early childhood music education inspired her to create curriculum-based program called First Start Music, which serves the Greater Los Angeles region. In addition, Nathalia has recorded and released three bilingual children's albums of original content. She performs regularly in museums, schools, libraries and festivals throughout the year and leads workshops for parents and teachers about the importance of music in education.

Nathalia is board certified Music Therapist and a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy from Berklee College of Music (Boston, MA) and Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University (Los Angeles, CA).
Born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, Nathalia’s South American heritage and passion for bilingual education have served as a major influence in the music she creates. From rock to cumbia, jazz to reggaeton, her songs are produced in a number of different musical styles and written with the whole family in mind. Nathalia's unique approach to songwriting has made her a prominent voice in the world of children’s music. She has been a featured guest on Univision's Despierta America, CBS's The Talk and her music has been played on a number of parenting blogs and online radio stations.
